User Accounts

Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors using ServeDock are responsible for ensuring that the information, services, pricing, and availability displayed on their profiles are accurate and current. Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements relevant to their services.
Any agreement, warranty, guarantee, or commitment related to a service is solely the responsibility of the vendor. Vendors are expected to deliver services professionally and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details, communicating clearly with vendors, and ensuring that service requests are lawful and appropriate. Customers should carefully review vendor profiles, pricing, and service descriptions before making a booking.
Customers are expected to interact respectfully with vendors and refrain from abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior while using the platform.
Bookings & Payments
When a customer books a service through ServeDock, the booking creates a direct service relationship between the customer and the selected vendor. ServeDock is not a party to the service agreement and does not control how services are performed.
Payments processed through the platform may be subject to platform fees, transaction charges, or commissions. Vendors acknowledge that ServeDock may deduct applicable commissions or fees from transactions completed through the platform.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the type of service and the vendor involved. Customers should review any applicable cancellation terms before confirming a booking.
Where a dispute arises regarding cancellations or refunds, ServeDock may assist in facilitating communication between the parties. However, final responsibility for service-related refunds generally rests with the vendor unless otherwise required by law.
Reviews & Ratings
Customers may have the opportunity to leave reviews, ratings, and feedback regarding their experience with vendors. Reviews should be based on genuine experiences and must not contain misleading, offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
ServeDock reserves the right to moderate, edit, or remove reviews that violate platform guidelines or are believed to be fraudulent, manipulated, or harmful to the integrity of the marketplace.
Limitation of Liability
ServeDock functions solely as an intermediary marketplace connecting customers and vendors. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, suitability, or completion of any service offered through the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ServeDock shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from interactions, transactions, or disputes between customers and vendors.
Account Suspension
ServeDock reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, misuses the platform, or negatively impacts other users.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business operations. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
